Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two convenient shipping options to meet your needs:

- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Tracking included
- Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Fit Swim Shop gear. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of delivery.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be intact with all tags attached
- Proof of purchase required (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Personal Care items
- Swimwear with broken hygiene seals
- Opened electronics
- Custom or special order items
Return Process
- Submit a Return Request: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and product details
- Wait for Approval: We’ll review your request and send a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 2 business days
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with tags attached. Include your order confirmation.

- Receive Your Refund/Exchange: We’ll process within 3-5 business days after receiving your return.
Refund Information
Refunds are issued to the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-5 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
To exchange an item for a different size or color:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly indicate in your email that you want an exchange and specify the replacement item
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive your return
For price differences: You’ll pay if the new item costs more; we’ll refund if it costs less.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged/defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We’ll arrange a free return and replacement.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.). For exchanges, we cover shipping the replacement item to you.
